We had a great romantic escape at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us to check in earlier than expected because it was raining. The location was perfect, close to a metro station, which made it easy for us to explore Saint Petersburg without having to spend a fortune on taxis. The hotel also provided free water, which was a nice touch. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
There were a few negatives to our experience. The variety of food at the restaurant was quite poor, and they even wanted to charge extra for room service.
